Gamer Sets provide a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects for footwear and six months for apparel and accessories from the date of purchase purchased from Gamer Sets or a Gamer Sets authorized retailer.
The Gamer Sets warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

What Does Our Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers all defects in the materials and quality of our products. It does not cover damage from misuse or abuse, everyday wear and tear, or any product modification or alteration.
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How Long Does Our Warranty Last?
The Gamersets warranty lasts for one year from the date of purchase.
During this time, we will repair or replace any defective parts or materials at no charge, provided the product is returned to us in its original condition.
What Does Our Warranty Not Cover?
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or abuse, everyday wear and tear, or any product modification or alteration.
It also does not cover any third-party software or hardware.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Gamer Sets Corporation (“Gamer Sets”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to Gamer Sets products purchased from Gamer Sets or a Gamer Sets-authorized retailer unless otherwise prohibited by law. Gamer Sets products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow Gamer Sets’ policies and procedures. Gamer Sets reserve the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers about products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should submit a claim to Gamer Sets via email, which can be found here. Gamer Sets will repair or replace a defective product covered by this limited warranty.
There are no warranties that extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may apply to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Gamer Sets be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
